We’re a small, senior team turning drawings, sketches and half-formed ideas into photorealistic imagery - a decade in, still obsessed with the render button.

3D Lines is a UK-based architectural visualisation studio based in Bedford. Every image is modelled, textured, lit and rendered in-house by the same team - from single hero shots to full development launch libraries.

Founded in 2015, 3D Lines is a creative visualisation studio specialising in architectural CGI, interior visualisation and property marketing. We work with developers, architects, interior designers and product brands across the UK and internationally.

Nothing is white-labelled or sub-contracted. The same in-house team models your project, applies materials, lights the scene and hits the render button - so quality and timing stay consistent whatever you commission.

You’ll never worry about interior photo shoots again, or ask clients to imagine the final build. Full interior and exterior visuals long before the site is complete - ready for approvals, marketing and sales.

Our process

Four steps. Every project. Every time.

We use the same four-step process on every commission regardless of size or budget - so nothing gets lost, revisions land in the right place, and you sign off before we render.

Send whatever you have - a PDF, CAD drawing, hand sketches, Revit 3D model or SketchUp file. We reply within two hours during UK working hours, and most projects begin the day after the first enquiry.

Draft clay model approval.

We send a chalk-white model with no materials applied. It’s easier to check the 3D geometry against your drawings at this stage - catching anything wrong here saves weeks later.

Materials & textures approval.

Once the model is signed off, we apply materials, finishes and lighting. Draft images come back for your review - we incorporate feedback before moving to the final render.

Once you’re happy with the modelling, textures and materials, we hit the render button and deliver your final imagery - ready for brochures, sales suites, billboards and web.
