A tight scope helps a tight deadline. Lodge Park sent the architect’s drawing set, the material spec and a batch of aerial site photos on day one. Modelling started the same afternoon. Because the aerials are photomontages - CGI dropped into real site drone photography - the camera positions were locked to the source photos from the start.
Week one built the three plot types and the section of street they sit on, clay models signed off by day five. Week two applied materials to match the specified brick, tile and joinery, rendered the three plot fronts and streetscene, composited the day aerial photomontage, then re-lit and re-composited the dusk aerial with warm windows and cool sky for the launch teaser.
