Property CGI & marketing / Ralph Media

Keepers Green - arge residential development, off-plan launch package, delivered in three weeks.

Keepers Green is a large multi-block residential development brought to us by Ralph Media on behalf of the developer, with an off-plan sales launch already scheduled. We produced the full exterior and interior CGI package: three exterior views (with the hero rendered twice, once daylight and once twilight, for maximum marketing flexibility), rooftop terrace scenes for the amenity story, and a full interior library covering the three block-specific kitchen variants, living, bedrooms and a bathroom. Three weeks, all in.

The brief.

Keepers Green is a large multi-block residential scheme arranged across three blocks - A, B and C - sharing a communal rooftop terrace and podium landscape. Ralph Media were engaged as the marketing agency and needed a full CGI package to power the off-plan launch: hero exterior imagery, the rooftop amenity story, and a per-block interior library so agents could match imagery to whichever block a buyer was reserving in.

The interior spec was intentionally differentiated across the three blocks - each has its own kitchen finish and joinery detailing, part of the differentiation between plot tiers. That meant three separate kitchen sets, not one generic. The bedrooms, living and bathroom moods were consistent across the scheme.

Three weeks from brief to launch-ready delivery. Enough to do the modelling properly, produce all fifteen scenes, and cover the hero exterior in both daylight and twilight moods to give the marketing team flexibility for different campaign moments.

The process - a repeatable, per-product pipeline.

Two years in, this isn’t a project any more - it’s a factory. We built a shared library of Icon Interiors’ lighting rig, cyclorama sweep, camera presets and colour-correction stack, so every render sits inside the same visual system regardless of who’s modelling that week.

For a new product, the workflow is boringly consistent. We reference the factory photos and dimension sheet to model the piece to real-world scale. We apply the material spec - leather grain, fabric weave, wood finish - using our internal Icon Interiors material library. We render the hero shot on the studio cyclorama. We produce the alternate angles. Then, if the product warrants a lifestyle scene, we drop it into one of our pre-built room sets and re-light for context.

The consistency is the whole game. A single sofa can go through in a couple of days. A full-collection drop - ten pieces, five material variants each, plus a hero lifestyle scene - takes a week or two. Icon Interiors give us the queue; we work through it.

Per-product pipeline
  • 1 · Model to real-world dimensions
  • 2 · Apply materials from Icon library
  • 3 · Studio hero on white cyclorama
  • 4 · Alternate angles & variants
  • 5 · Lifestyle scene (where warranted)
The consistency system
  • Shared lighting rig across every render
  • Locked camera height & focal length
  • Colour-corrected to catalogue standard
  • Every material lives in a shared library

The outcome.

Ralph Media had the full fifteen-image package in hand at the end of week three, in time for the off-plan launch. The twilight hero anchored the teaser campaign, the daylight hero and rooftop scenes went into the launch pack, and the three block-specific kitchen variants meant agents could confidently show buyers exactly what they were reserving - without falling back on generic imagery.
